Refunds and subscriptions

When you cannot get a refund

Most common situations:

  • You already paid for a subscription: non-refundable.
  • You used any credits: not refundable.
  • You cancel mid-month: no money back for unused time.
  • You simply changed your mind: no refund.

This is standard for AI tools (like SaaS and API services).

When a refund might be possible

  1. Legal rights (EU or UK): you may have a 14-day withdrawal right, but if you already used the service you likely lose that right.
  2. Billing error: charged twice or charged the wrong amount may be reviewed and fixed.
  3. Local laws: applicable consumer laws may provide additional rights.

Important warning

Doing a chargeback without contacting support first may result in account suspension or banning.

What you should do now

If you want a refund, contact support immediately and include:

  • Your account email
  • Transaction ID
  • Reason (be specific)
