This policy describes how refunds are handled for subscriptions and credits.
General policy
Refunds are generally not available. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period, but you normally won't receive money back.
Credits already used are not refundable.
Possible exceptions
Exceptions may apply for:
- Billing errors.
- Refunds required by law (for example, certain EU/UK consumer rights).
- Cases approved by support after review.
